Reference builds

Implementations you can inspect.

bworkx is new. Rather than borrow credibility with invented client stories, we document working builds in our own Frappe lab — the problem, the architecture, the workflows, and what was genuinely difficult.

Every build on this page is labelled as a lab implementation using synthetic data. No client names, logos, or testimonials are used. When clients agree to be named, real work will appear here alongside these.

Method

Why document lab builds at all?

Because the alternative is worse. A brand-new consultancy can either show nothing, or show work whose provenance is clear. We chose the second.

Reproducible

Each build runs in a documented environment with a defined app set and configuration. The steps are repeatable, not a one-off demo.

Honest limits

Benchmarks are measured in the lab, on synthetic data, and labelled as such. They are evidence of design, not claims about your results.

Real trade-offs

The write-ups include what was hard and what we would do differently. That is more useful than a feature list.

Next step

Want to see one of these builds?

We can walk through the configuration, the data model, and the code on a screen share. Ask for the build that resembles your situation.
